- Project data: scope descriptions, deliverables, files, comments, and other content you provide through the Service.
- Payment information: billing details and transaction records. Card payments are processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers.
- Usage data: browser type, device information, IP address, and pages visited, collected automatically through analytics.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- To process payments, send invoices, and communicate about your projects.
- To send transactional emails (proposals, invoices, task updates, receipts).
- To prevent fraud and ensure the security of the Service.
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Stripe — for payment processing.
- Resend — for transactional email delivery.
- Convex — for database hosting and real-time data.
- Vercel — for application hosting and analytics.
- Cloudflare — for file storage and CDN.
Each provider processes data under their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.
5. Data Retention
- Account data is retained for as long as your account is active.
- Project data and invoices are retained as business records, even after account deactivation, as required for legal and financial compliance.
- Transactional email metadata is retained for 7 days for delivery tracking, then automatically deleted.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), secure authentication, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
